Born and raised among a family of Realtors, Ben Strock has Real Estate in his blood. From a young age Ben worked for his father, a real estate broker of 30 years in Palo Alto, and owner of Strock Realty and Financial. This relationship taught Ben valuable life experiences and helped him amass an unusual knowledge of real estate which has proven invaluable to his clients. A graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S. in business-economics (banking and finance concentration), Ben was a licensed agent at the time of his graduation. Education combined with experience, integrity and motivation to be the best propelled him far above the competition. Starting his career with Janice Spencer and Associates, Ben quickly earned his place among Santa Cruz County's most respected agents, earning the trust of both his contemporaries and clients. During his time working with Janice Spencer & Associates he was honored as "Top Producing Agent in 2003", again from 2004-2007. Ben has assisted many first time homebuyers, sellers, investors, contractors, developers, and vacationers fulfill their dreams. His negotiating skills and attention to detail make him a valuable asset for any transaction.
